{levels, curves and exposure were adjusted first.  then photofilter, vibrance were added/adjusted through lasso-ing/isolating just her figure.  lastly some sharpening and blurring were introduced...}

i wanted to focus more on the overall noise reduction, which largely comes from adjusting the color balance of the photo in its entirety, but also the individual subject.
